Consulting / Training

In addition to the monitoring system, we also offer personal advice on animal protection for slaughterhouses. Our know-how is in the following areas:

Advice on the preparation of quality seal certifications and official controls.
Creation of company-specific procedural instructions, work instructions and checklists in accordance with regulation EC 1099/2009.
Independent status assessment of animal welfare parameters in the area of delivery, waiting area and stunning.
Conducting mandatory annual training for employees working in the live animal area.
Implementation of a continuous improvement process (CIP) to increase process security in the live animal area. Employees promptly record defects or suggestions for improvement on the kanban board. These are evaluated and implemented by the KVP team. With this system, even small things are no longer lost in day-to-day business. An employee-driven development process is increasingly combining the discrepancy between animal welfare and throughput at the slaughterhouse.
