We use tools from production optimization, focus on the place of action - referred to as GENBA in the production world - and involve the employees in the continuous improvement process (CIP). GENBA monitoring systems provides real-time data of all relevant performance indicators, including fully automatic data recording and backup – without any expensive PLC components. |
