The experience we have gathered from many projects in the field of production data acquisition and production optimization, such as the implementation of a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and the implementation of animal welfare regulations in accordance with EU regulation 1099/2009, has laid the foundation for the development of this lean and efficient monitoring system, which was specifically developed to meet the requirements of slaughterhouses. ​

Our goal

Together with you, and with reasonable efforts, we strive to implement the relevant animal welfare requirements in the field of stunning. 
We use tools from production optimization, focus on the place of action - referred to as GENBA in the production world - and involve the employees in the continuous improvement process (CIP).​
GENBA monitoring systems provides real-time data of all relevant performance indicators, including fully automatic data recording and backup – without any expensive PLC components.
