Documented continuous improvement process (CIP) to remedy defects
|
If deficiencies are found during the inspection, the persons required to remedy them, for example from maintenance, quality or external service providers, can be involved in a transparent and organized improvement process. The process is divided into four steps:
status "new"
A new CIP order can be generated from the current inspection order, which means that no duplicate documentation is required. All participants who have activated the "KVP" function receive a new entry. status "accepted" In a CIP team meeting it will be defined how the problem can be solved, when it should be finished date and who is responsible. status "solved" As soon as the deficiency has been remedied, confirmation and documentation will be sent by the implementer by photo, text or document. status "checked" The submitter checks whether the implemented measure is correct and works in practice and confirms this in the app. |
Cleaning, maintenance and servicing of stunning devices
|
Stunning devices must be serviced according to the manufacturer's instructions. Here, too, there are very different maintenance intervals that must not be missed and must be documented. The digital checklist supports the responsible person by suggesting all due tasks on the smartphone, providing operating instructions and documenting the maintenance carried out. All of this without having to go to the office to fill out the paper checklists.
